Returns Policy
Items that are returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase date can receive a full refund.
Items that are returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging after 14 days of the purchase date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items need to be returned by the customer, and include either the relevant dated invoice and/or copy of receipt. All return costs to be borne by the customer.
Once Burgess Ltd is satisfied with the condition of the returned item(s) a refund will be issued to the customer’s original method of payment.

Damaged Items
If you believe we have delivered goods which are defective or damaged, you must inform us in writing with full details within 3 days.
We will issue you with a returns number and request that you return the goods to us for inspection.
The returned item(s) will be repaired or replaced and a refund of the postage cost will be issued to the customer’s original method of payment.
Delivery
All orders are sent out via UK Mail Courier Service. The majority of orders are sent within 2-3 working days from placing your order. Orders upto £99 are charged £4.95 and orders from £100 - £149 are charged at £40.00. Any orders over £150 are delivered free.
